The Cycletreads workshop is famous for their quality fitting service, a speedy turnaround, all at a fair price. This dedicated team has over 30 years servicing experience between them, so you can relax while we work on your bike. So whatever you ride, if it needs tyres, brakes, chain and sprockets, we can supply and fit quickly. Nick and his team are extremely experienced technicians, priding themselves on getting it right, first time, every time. We also fit Scottoilers, suspension components, windscreens and much, much more.
Not only will we take care of your bike, you get looked after too. There are toilets, a rest area, magazines to read and lots and lots of accessories to explore.
The workshop is located on the first floor (just ride up the ramp) and is open weekdays as well as saturdays and sundays. Remember that if the workshop is busy, service work cannot be accepted after 30mins prior to closing.
Normally there is no need to book ahead for tyres as we have huge stocks of all popular brands. Just ride up the ramp and our experienced team are there to look after you.
Too busy to work on your own bike?
No problem, just book in your bike with Cycletreads and we will take care of it. Call us during working hours or complete the online booking form. If your service option is not listed, just choose "other" and record your request in the comments section. This is ideal for a service option like: "wobbles in slow speed corners".
Workshop Booking Points:
If you feel that parts may have to be ordered in advance, the earlier you book and let us know, the better. Tyres do not need booking unless it is for something really unusual (sidecar tyre etc) but that leaking brake master cylinder etc, needs to be advised in advance. When you book your bike in, most importantly, we need your bike model details accurately so we can ensure that the correct parts are on hand. If you are unsure of the details, then tell us this rather than guess. We want to service your bike without any hitches and have it completed on time.
Weekend Workshop Hours:
Our workshop is open Saturday and Sundays 9.00am to 3.30pm. With the exception of punctures, tyre fittiing and balancing (we specialise in tyres anytime), you need to book in all other Saturday or Sunday work.
