Once fitted the alarm is armed using an infrared remote key fob and when triggered emits a 130dB siren which not only alerts the owner to the threat but also acts to disorientate the intruder. Easy to fit, no wiring required. Requires 4 x C batteries (not included)

Also available is the XA068 - a spare remote control for the XA201 and XA601. A simple re-start of the base unit enables the remote to programme itself, giving family or co-workers entry to the same protected area.
