- Non-Rural: $10 North Island and $15 South Island
- Rural: $10 additional to North and South Island

ordered online, received order confirmation waited a week with no shipping followed up by phone, was told "shipping today" waited another 10 days, followed up by phone was told order overlooked tried to phone mgmt got machine, emailed mgmt, utter crickets! followed up by phone again, spoke with someone who sounded like they could fix it received tracking number courier didn't deliver because my courier notes were not transcribed to dispatch note went to courier to retrieve, package was addressed to scott at cycletreads then my address and had an auckland contact number and no delivery instructions my name isn't scott so that made ID difficult! not a hint of a concession from anyone, would definitely look to buy elsewhere from now on.
